Who we are

We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

When you contact us or book a call

• Your name, email address and phone number
• What you tell us about your business, launch timing, budget and plans
• Records of our emails, messages and calls with you

When you become a client

• Contact and billing details
• Business information needed to build your website, such as your company details, branding and the accounts we set up on your behalf

When you visit this website

• Technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, recorded in our web server logs
• If you agree to analytics cookies, information about how you use the site (see Cookies below)

How we use it and our legal basis

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where we need to, with:

• Our web hosting provider, which stores this website and its server logs
• Our email provider, which delivers messages sent through our contact form to us
• Google, which supplies the fonts used on this site (your browser sends your IP address to Google to load them) and, if you agree, Google Analytics
• Payment providers and other services we set up for your website, where you have asked us to
• Our accountants and professional advisers
• Regulators, law enforcement or courts, where the law requires it

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't turn into a project: up to 12 months after our last contact
• Client records and invoices: 6 years after our work together ends, to meet tax and accounting rules
• Server logs: up to 90 days

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. This website does not set any cookies unless you choose to allow analytics.

If analytics is switched on, we will ask for your permission with a banner when you first visit. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_<id>, lasting up to 2 years) to count visits and see which pages are used. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. You can change it at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of each page.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Ask us to delete your information
• Ask us to restrict how we use your information
• Object to us using your information, including for marketing
• Ask us to transfer your information to another organisation
• Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it

How we protect it

This website uses HTTPS, access to our systems is limited to people who need it, and we use providers with appropriate security measures in place.
